    Standard Term and condition

1.       The above Rate is for quantity work only.

2.       TDS will be deduct as per IT terms pan no must be provide.

3.       The unit rate is farm completion the job and there not any revision rate under the circumstance.

4.       The work should be done as per pm, SR. Engineer and site Engineer and supervisor.

5.       Mode of measurement as per engineer in charge.

6.        Weakly advance will be paid Rs. Per person 1000 per day labor report. Bill will be done slab area basis after completion of slab . payment will be 10 days recipe of certification bill.

7.       Accommodation will provide KLN engineering. Food is your scop.

8.       Security deposit 5% retain every RA bill .and same will be provide after completion the work.

9.       KLN Engineering pvt ltd has right to terminated This contactor any time with out any period intimation.

10.   Labor is your scope if any material provide xyz company deduct form bill.

11.   Safety , in according to the industrial safety norms for all worker related to this job responsibility of the contactor OM Prakash PPE will be provide the KLN Engineering pvt ltd. Should be return after completion the work.

12.   We shall be liable or held responsibility any claim , demand and damage expence and cost in connection of with or arising out  of

I)                    Injury or  loss of life any your personal or any other third party or out side permit on of side

II)                  Damage to goods or property with in the duration of the connection, due to negligence on your part  or any other third party
